As a successful Team Leader, you will be able to evidence experience of providing management and leadership to staff, be committed to ensuring that care services meet quality standards, legislative requirements, and best practice criteria. You will have experience undertaking regular supervisions, training, development, and appraisals.

As a Team Leader, you will have experience of:

• Undertaking risk assessment of new referrals and ensuring the suitability of placement including social structure and that the needs of individuals can be accommodated
• You must be able to demonstrate the ability to take a person-centred approach in all aspects of their role

Essential requirements of this Team Leader role:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Extensive post-qualified experience in Adults’ Services
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
