Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Team Leader to join our client’s team in Coventry.

Due to the nature of this role, our client requires a Team Leader who has post qualified experience in a similar role.

Your duties as a Team Leader:

• Liaise with other management colleagues within the service or with Health partners
• Need to support Safeguarding decisions or Manual handling clinical decision dependent on qualification.
• Signing off assessments and support plans
• Provide support and advise

Further requirements:

As a Team Leader, you will manage and assist and facilitate effective and efficient Hospital Discharge for service users across the pathways working closely with internal and external key stakeholders including hospital and other internal service areas
 
What we are looking for in a Team Leader:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
