• The Young Adults Service invites applications from experienced, qualified, and child-focused practitioners at Team Manager level
• This is a busy and supportive service working with looked after children and young people leaving care aged 16 to 25 years old and playing a vital role in ensuring positive futures
• They also manage the referral and assessment for unaccompanied minors arriving in the borough aged 16 and over and ensure a robust response to age assessment requirements

Essential requirements of this Team Manager role:

• Relevant social work qualification and Social Work England registration
• Extensive post qualification experience
• Previous Social Worker management experience is desirable
• You must demonstrate strong management and communication skills
• The legal right to work in the UK
