Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a busy Localities Team based in Harrow.

The role is responsible for leading the delivery, performance, and strategic development of an efficient operational referral, assessment, care management, commissioning, and review service for adult service users.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:

• To provide expert guidance to Senior Practitioners and other members of the Adult service on matters of Adult Social Care Policy, Law and Practice.
• To have devolved responsibility for the management of budgets within the designated service area, ensuring cost effective financial decision making and the most effective use of financial and other resources. To ensure that staff work within the appropriate financial regulations and procedures.
• To be the local authority lead for a GP Network developing relationships and working practice for the Integrated Care Pathway and Whole System Integration.
• To have responsibility for the review and sign off of Deprivation of Liberty applications.
• To chair the Quality Assurance Funding Panel and lead on budgetary decisions relating to all individual packages of care.

What we are looking for in a Team Manager:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
