Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a busy Community Mental Health Team based in Islington.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:
- Be responsible for allocation of work to their team members
- Be responsible for team meetings and performance targets
- Deliver strategic and operational leadership that aligns with the service-wide vision and objectives of strength-based practice, person-centre planning, with an outcome focus.
- Create a shared strategic vision, which inspires, motivates and encapsulates.
What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
