The role:
I am currently working alongside an authority in the South Midlands area that are recruiting for an experienced manager to join the leaving care service. You will manage a team of up to 10 staff, including a practice manager and a host of senior personal advisors and personal advisors. You will be conducting reflective and group supervisions to ensure that your team are working in the best way possible.
About you:
You will have leadership experience and preferably a Level 5 NVQ in management, you will be able to demonstrate your social work knowledge and also be able to allocate and maintain budgets.
– Must have social work degree and be Social Work England registered
