Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Team Manager to join a busy Children in Need/CP Team in Leicester.

Your duties as a Team Manager:

• To ensure that cases allocated to team members are managed effectively and appropriate services provided to service users.  
• To contribute to the development of policy, practice and services across the service area and the Children & Young Peoples Service
• To carry out responsibilities under the Children & Young Peoples Service’s Complaints Procedure, including the investigation of complaints. 
• To ensure that cases allocated to team members are managed effectively and appropriate services provided to service users.  

Further Requirements:
         
As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for carrying out all the duties of the job in accordance with the County Council’s Equal Opportunities Policy and meet the Children’s Workforce Development Confederation Induction Standards and also you will undertake the effective recruitment, management, supervision, deployment and development of staff (including formal disciplinary proceedings).

What we are looking for in a Team Manager:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
