Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a busy Duty and Assessment Team based in Northamptonshire.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:
- You will provide leadership to your team which will consist of an advanced practitioner, 5 or 6 social workers/senior social workers and a newly qualified social worker.
- You will be responsible for allocating and prioritising workloads effectively to ensure the care of the child is always paramount.
- Responsible for providing effective and informative supervision
What we are looking for in a Team Manager:
- Must be Social Work England registered
- Management experience desirable
- Must have experience in front line children’s social work teams
