Team Manager – Northamptonshire Children’s Trust – Duty and Assessment

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a busy Duty and Assessment Team based in Northamptonshire.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:

  • You will provide leadership to your team which will consist of an advanced practitioner, 5 or 6 social workers/senior social workers and a newly qualified social worker. 
  • You will be responsible for allocating and prioritising workloads effectively to ensure the care of the child is always paramount.
  • Responsible for providing effective and informative supervision

What we are looking for in a Team Manager:

  • Must be Social Work England registered
  • Management experience desirable
  • Must have experience in front line children’s social work teams
