Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Work Team Manager to join the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub based in Northamptonshire.

As a Team Manager in this service, you are required to be multi-facet in your skills and experiences to encourage the best out of our senior practitioners as well as provide exceptional quality-assurance and management oversight.

• Recruit and develop your staff through consistent supervision

• Maintain health and safety procedures

Your requirements as a MASH Team Manager:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
