We are currently recruiting for a social work qualified Team Manager to join a Children’s Safeguarding Team based in Northamptonshire.
The successful Team Manager will work collaboratively with others, developing and maintaining partnerships and multi-agency working, and you will be committed and motivated to help children and families change their lives for the better.

Responsibilities of this Social Work Team Manager role include:
- Lead a social care team ensuring that all children’s outcomes are improved and that they are safeguarded effectively
- Ensure prioritisation and screening of work across your team
- Demonstrate your expert practice in complex situations when making decisions and managing higher levels of risk
- Recruit, supervise and appraise your team and ensure all team members have the relevant skills and knowledge to work effectively and efficiently
Essential requirements of this Team Manager role include:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Registered with Social Work England
- Previous managerial experience in Children’s Services
- Eligible to work in the UK
