Team Manager – Nottinghamshire – MASH Team

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Team Manager to join a busy MASH Team based in Nottinghamshire.

Your main responsibilities as a Team Manager:

  • Recruit and develop your staff through consistent supervision
  • Lead, manage and direct the day-to-day responsibilities 
  • Manage budgets and ensure the efficiency of the teams resources
  • Maintain health and safety procedures

What we are looking for in a Team Manager:

  • Social Work England registration
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK licence
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
