Team Manager – Social Worker – Loughborough 

Liquid Personnel is currently looking for an Experienced Team Manager to join our client’s team in Loughborough.

Due to the nature of this role, our client requires a Team Manager Social Worker who has post qualified experience in a similar role.

Your duties as a Team Manager:

• Managing staff
• Supervision
• Chairing Strategy discussions and any other meetings as necessary
• Driving performance within the pod
• Working with the other managers as a team 
• Quality assuring documents
• Duty manager every 4 weeks managing crisis on open cases
