Meet the Team
Stuart is Managing Director, with overall responsibility for the successful running of Liquid Personnel. Originally joining the business in 2010 as a trainee consultant, Stuart went on to successfully develop and establish a new division at Liquid, Allied Health Professionals, before progressing further to his current role of leading the entire business.
Senior Associate Director
Stephanie is Senior Associate Director, responsible for Children and Families Qualified Social Work. Having joined the business in 2010 as a recruitment consultant, Stephanie has consistently led from the front, whilst progressing to now lead our largest social work recruitment division.
Kieran is Associate Director for Adults’ Social Work, covering the whole of the UK. Originally joining Liquid in 2015 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Kieran quickly progressed through several promotions, eventually becoming Liquid’s top biller in 2020 and two-time winner of Sales Team of the Year as manager.
Reece is Associate Director for Allied Health, Criminal Justice and our newest specialist division; Special Educational Needs. Having joined the business in 2012 as a trainee consultant, Reece has progressed through the ranks as a social work consultant and built up a wealth of recruitment experience and industry knowledge.
Nikki joined Liquid in May 2021 and is the Director for the permanent division. With over 15 years’ senior management experience in a wide range of sectors including Health and Social Care, Nikki has worked with both public and private sector clients and is experienced in delivering a variety of permanent recruitment solutions.
Shareef joined Liquid in December 2018 as Financial Controller with two years’ previous experience in recruitment, and seven years’ experience in IT. He is currently the head of Liquid’s payroll, credit control and accounts teams.
Head of Business Transformation
Siobhan is Liquid’s Head of Business Transformation, focusing on delivering quality, improvement, and effective change management throughout Liquid. Siobhan joined Liquid in 2017 as Office Manager before being promoted to Executive Support, where she led several successful projects built around enhancing support for staff and driving business change.
Lauren is Liquid’s Training Manager, responsible for all training and development within the business, from new starters through to the senior management team. Lauren joined Liquid in 2016 as part of our compliance team and completed a CIPD in Learning and Development, which led to her promotion to Training Manager in 2018.
