February’s Exceptional Contribution Award!
We are delighted to announce that Martin, a senior forensic occupational therapist, is February’s winner for our Exceptional Contribution Award!
This award recognises success, achievement, and dedication among our candidates in social work, healthcare and criminal justice with winners receiving a £250 voucher and coveted Liquid trophy!
Martin recently received brilliant feedback from his employer, which showcases just why we believe he is so worthy of this award:
“Martin has worked within our mental health and learning disabilities team for the last few years.
He practices conscientiously and diligently to ensure our men are advocated for, encompassing the ‘whole prison approach’ and the values held by both the health board and prison.
Martin is an autonomous practitioner yet regularly supports the mentorship of students and new staff working with him so he can pass on and share his knowledge.
The team holds Martin in high esteem. He has continued working alongside us tirelessly throughout the pandemic, striving to find new opportunities and ways of working to ensure the needs of his patients are met, whilst continuing to maintain staff morale in very difficult and challenging times.
Martin is a credit to this team and has been an instrumental key player in developing our services within primary mental health. He has developed key relationships with stakeholders to address change and increase our provision to be able to deliver our services to a wider population.”
Congratulations Martin, and thank you for your tireless work.
This monthly award is open to all social workers, healthcare professionals and criminal justice professionals who work with Liquid Personnel.
