Liquid Personnel – ‘Disability Confident Employer’
Liquid are pleased to announce that we have been accredited with ‘Disability Confident Employer’ status
The Disability Confident accreditation means that we are taking action as an employer to ensure people with disabilities and long term health conditions feel properly supported, engaged and able to fulfill their potential at Liquid Personnel.
It recognises that, in line with the disability confident scheme, we are taking proactive steps in supporting people with disabilities to apply for jobs and work at Liquid. This includes a ‘Guaranteed Interview Scheme’, where we will offer an interview to all candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the role. It also involves being flexible and accommodating in our recruitment practices, and offering to make reasonable adjustments in the workplace to support people’s needs.
Our new accreditation will be replacing our previous ‘Positive about Disabled People’ status, which we had held since 2008. The 'two ticks' positive about disability symbol was awarded to employers who made a commitment to employ, keep and develop the abilities of disabled staff.
