Liquid Personnel launch Social Work Survey 2014, in association with Professor Eileen Munro
Social work recruitment specialists Liquid Personnel have today announced the launch of their 2014 Social Work Survey. This is the latest in a series of annual surveys by Liquid which look at the realities of the social work profession.
The 2014 Social Work Survey has been created in association with social policy expert Professor Eileen Munro, whose review of the child protection system was commissioned by the government in 2010, with the final report published in 2011. The new survey asks what life is like for social workers today, and will look at the progress that has been made since Professor Munro's review.
On the launch of the survey, Professor Munro offered this message to social workers:
"In the last couple of years I’ve heard some great individual stories about good practice, but it’s important to know how widespread this is. I’m asking social workers from all teams and services to help us by contributing their opinions in this survey. Your views are crucial to help us understand what’s really happening in the social work profession today.”

The survey should only take around 5-10 minutes to complete, and is applicable to all social work professionals across children and families’ services, adults’ services and mental health teams. Please share your views and voice your opinions to help us understand what life for social workers is really like.
