Liquid were ranked 4th in the UK's Best Workplaces 2014 (Medium) following a ceremony at The Brewery, London City, on Tuesday May 20th.
Having entered the Best Workplaces programme for the first time in 2013, Liquid were ranked 2nd in the Best Small Workplaces category. However, after significant expansion of the team, we have progressed to the Medium category in 2014, which recognises the best workplaces with 50-499 employees.
As well as being ranked 4th overall in the Medium category, Liquid were also the highest ranked recruitment company across all categories, beating fellow recruiters from a range of sectors.
This year's Great Workplaces Special Report was published in the Guardian and Sunday Telegraph, and features a contribution from Liquid's managing director, Jonathan Coxon, about what makes us one of the UK's Best Workplaces.
The Great Place to Work® Institute surveys around 6,000 organisations each year, and lists three key elements of a ‘great workplace’ for employees:
- They trust their management
- They have pride in what they do
- They enjoy working with their colleagues
The awards are for companies from all sectors throughout the whole of the UK, and featured a number of world famous brands, including Mercedes Benz, Ikea, Virgin Media, eBay, and Microsoft.
