Liquid Personnel Ranked in Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work For 2016
Liquid Personnel ranked on the Sunday Times' Best Small Companies to Work For 2016 last night, marking the second time in two years that they have made the list.
The Manchester-based recruitment consultancy took 24th spot out of 100 in the UK-wide rankings - which is based on employee feedback - rising from last year's 41st place finish.
The judges were impressed by Liquid's open-plan headquarters and the approach-ability of senior staff, with 90% of all staff feeling their managers were quick to show their appreciation for good work.
Similarly, the fact that 90% of the company's young workforce - the average age of Liquid's 104 staff is 26 - overwhelmingly felt that Liquid was good for their personal growth put the company in good stead for the awards.
Every single manager and team leader at Liquid began their career with the company as a trainee or junior, before progressing to their current position via the company's Liquid Academy training program, a fact which also caught the judging panel's eye.
The announcement was made at Battersea Evolution on Wednesday 25th February, in an award ceremony presented by television personality Ben Shephard.
