New Accreditation Puts Liquid Personnel in Elite Recruiter Ranks
Liquid Personnel have achieved ‘REC Audited’ status, joining an elite group of three UK recruitment consultancies holding both this accolade and the REC accreditation for qualifications.
The Manchester-based social work recruitment consultancy received the notification today, having been accredited as a training provider for the Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice last month.
By passing the audit Liquid showed the REC they go above and beyond in raising the standards and awareness of recruiters in line with the organisation’s regulations.
Through the ‘Liquid Academy’ – the company’s dedicated training and development arm – Liquid showed they were training and developing staff to the regulator’s exacting Level 3 standard.
This means that through the Liquid Academy program, Liquid Personnel are able to train and develop recruitment consultants to extremely high standards, with qualification holders becoming eligible for full IRP status.
The program also ensures all employees and new starters meet the REC’s standards of maintaining client and customer relationships as well as their legal and ethical requirements.
The accreditation serves as a mark of quality to clients and shows Liquid’s status as a reputable recruiter with market-leading vetting and compliance procedures.
Speaking about the accreditation, Liquid’s Recruitment Director Alison Humphries said: “To be awarded REC Audited status is a fantastic achievement and a testament to our skilled and dedicated team.
“Our learning and development program allows us to maintain best recruitment practice and awareness of the wider market, so we can offer the best possible service to clients and candidates.
“We are always striving for excellence at Liquid Personnel, and a huge part of that is make sure our new trainees and current staff have all available tools to develop and excel in their roles.”
“Congratulations to Liquid Personnel for achieving REC Audited status," added REC chief executive, Kevin Green.
"In doing so they join an elite group of recruitment agencies across the UK that has achieved this high standard.
“This accreditation recognises that we have rigorously audited Liquid Personnel and found that it is performing to the highest professional standards and represents best practice in our sector.”
