Made up of sales and non-sales staff, the cohort sat examinations for the REC Level 3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice in August, passing unanimously.
One staff member went one step further, scoring the highest mark in the country for the A-level-equivalent qualification, and was promptly rewarded with a bottle of champagne.
News of the passes was broken by IRP head Richard Charnock, who presented each member of the cohort with their certificates.
Of the 6,000 companies with REC membership, only 16 are accredited trainee centres and only three – including Liquid – hold both this qualification and ‘REC Audited’ status.
Liquid’s consultants were supported throughout by the ‘Liquid Academy’ – the company’s dedicated training and development arm – led by the company’s Learning and Development Manager.
After twelve weeks of Liquid-organised mock examinations, coursework, practice paper analysis and one-to-one tuition, the cohort sat their exam on August 7th, waiting a further two months to hear the good news.
Regarding the passes, Liquid Managing Director and REC Chief Examiner Alison Humphries said:
“We’re absolutely thrilled to have achieved a 100 percent pass rate, and thrilled that one of our employees received the highest mark in the country.
"They should all be extremely proud of how they have done – they were eager to learn and took advantage of our innovative learning and development programme to do so.
“We’re very proud to constantly be investing in people at Liquid, and to be able to recognise our employees’ excellent work and wide-ranging knowledge with formal qualifications is fantastic.”
