An amazing opportunity has become available in Ealing’s Mental Health service, in a supportive and flexible team for experienced Social Workers. We are seeking experienced Social Workers to work in the Mental Health Social Care Team for the London Borough of Ealing. The service is made up of a number of teams and is responsible under the Care Act for assessing and reviewing the social care needs of adults within Ealing who have primary mental health needs. This includes creating person centred, strengths based support plans, and undertaking ,capacity assessments under the Mental Capacity Act, Completing, Social Circumstances Tribunal reports and undertaking the role of a Social Supervision for conditionally discharged s37/41 patients .

What we are looking for in a Social Worker: 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
