Meet the team
Stuart is Managing Director, with overall responsibility for the successful running of Liquid Personnel. Originally joining the business in 2010 as a trainee consultant, Stuart went on to successfully develop and establish a new division at Liquid, Allied Health Professionals, before progressing to his current role of leading the business.
Di joined us in September 2022 as Associate Director. She is responsible for our UK-wide delivery for Children’s Qualified Social Work, Liquid’s largest team, and our Criminal Justice division. With over 30 years’ experience in the recruitment sector, in both sales and operations, and at some of the world’s leading recruitment companies, Di has managed teams to deliver exceptional results, living by her motto: “Your vibe attracts your tribe!”.
Kieran is Associate Director for Adults’ Qualified Social Work, covering the whole of the UK. Originally joining Liquid in 2015 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Kieran quickly progressed through several promotions, eventually becoming Liquid’s top performing consultant in 2020 and two-time winner of Team of the Year as manager.
Nikki joined Liquid in May 2021 and is the Associate Director for the permanent division. With over 15 years’ senior management experience in a wide range of sectors, including health and social care, Nikki has worked with both public and private sector clients and is experienced in delivering a variety of permanent recruitment solutions.
Sandra joined Liquid in March 2022 as Associate Director for New Ventures, which incorporates our Special Education Needs division. Sandra has over 25 years of recruitment experience in social care, education, and healthcare across private and public sectors, schools, and colleges. Due to her length of service in the industry, Sandra was awarded a fellowship in recruitment by the REC.
Support Services Manager
Harriet is Support Services Manager for Liquid, leading our Resourcing, Sales Online Response, and Candidate Care teams, with the latter winning Support Team of the Year 2021. After starting her career as an apprentice, Harriet went on to accumulate 8 years’ experience in the IT and tech recruitment industry, including managing her own teams, before joining Liquid in November 2021.
Training and Development Manager
Elliott is the Training and Development Manager at Liquid, with overall responsibility for creating, developing, and delivering bespoke training services to all staff. Originally joining the business in 2016 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, Elliott progressed through several promotions to become the biggest biller for the London Adults division for the majority of 2020 and 2021, before stepping into his current role.
Finance Business Partner
Andrew, our Finance Business Partner, joined Liquid in January 2022 with over 20 years’ finance experience gained in the retail sector. Andrew is responsible for providing finance input into Liquid’s business decisions, understanding current performance, future planning, and assessing the success of new projects.
