Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage a manageable caseload with the support of a dedicated team.
• Oversee the recruitment, assessment, approval, and ongoing support of Foster Carers.
• Provide guidance and supervision to Foster Carers in line with Fostering Regulations.
• Ensure that children’s care and development needs are met within placements.
• Conduct necessary placement management, planning, and intervention.

Requirements:

• A Social Work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
• An Enhanced DBS check.
• Experience in Children’s Services and foster care delivery.
• A strong understanding of Fostering Standards, Legislation, and safeguarding principles.
