As a Social Worker on the  Homeless Young Person’s Team you will be

• Support young people aged 16 and 17 years old who are at risk of homeless are homeless
• Complete S.17 assessments in line with the Southwark Judgement and the Homeless Reduction Act

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker: 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
