Role Overview

As a Qualified Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and developing care plans.
• Providing support to families and children in need.
• Collaborating with other professionals, including health workers and educators.
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of vulnerable children.
• Managing a manageable caseload (typically between 15 and 22 cases).

Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant social work degree qualification.
• Substantial experience in statutory social work.
• A commitment to strength-based approaches.
• Familiarity with family safeguarding models of practice.
