Qualified Social Worker – Middlesbrough  – Children with Disabilities – £157.41 Per day

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join the busy team at a Middlesbrough based within the Children with Disabilities Team. To work in this role, you must have a Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.

Primary Responsibilities as a CWD Social Worker 

• Having a mixed caseload of Child Protection, Child in Need, and some Looked after Children with Children with Additional Needs
• Multi Agency working with Partner Agencies
• Putting in place and reviewing care packages
• Completing Children and Family Assessments
• Completing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP)
• Working alongside SEND Coordinators and Special Educational Needs Schools
• Generic Safeguarding responsibilities including Risk Assessments and Single Assessments etc

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker: 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
