Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Recovery Worker (RMN, RN, RNLD) to join a Substance Misuse Team across multiple locations in the North West.

What You’ll Do:

• Become a Trusted Guide: As a key worker, you’ll build strong relationships with your caseload, collaborating with them to define their goals and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Empower Through Support: You’ll offer ongoing guidance, advice, and psycho-social interventions, equipping individuals with the tools they need to succeed.
• Facilitate Recovery: Conduct assessments, create risk management plans, and partner with clinical staff to address prescribing needs.
• Embrace Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive support system for your clients.

Who You Are:

What we are looking for in a Recovery Worker:

• NMC Registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Nursing
