Senior Social Worker MASH Team

Salary ranges from £43,160 to £45,200

Key Duties:

Within MASH you will provide high quality case work decisions and operational supervision for referral information, making informed decisions within 24 hrs of the referral. Ability to work collaboratively with MASH partners to ensure positive outcomes are achieved in all key areas of service user’s lives. As a Senior Social Worker, you will contribute to the overall management of the MASH team to meet the service objectives.

About You:

  • Qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England (SWE)
  • Experienced at supervising junior staff members.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of statutory and multi-disciplinary frameworks including relevant legislation.
  • Highly experienced with 3 years of experience within Frontline Services.
