Responsibilities:

– Assess the need for social work service, identify risks, and determine intervention methods.
– Collaborate with professionals and agencies to ensure the best service for clients.
– Manage workload in line with priorities and policies, fulfilling statutory obligations.
– Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks.
– Participate in supervision sessions, meetings, and training opportunities.
– Share knowledge to contribute to service evaluation and development.
– Provide supervision to students when necessary.
