– Manage caseloads effectively within legal frameworks and policies.
– Make complex decisions and manage risks using professional judgment.
– Communicate confidently in challenging situations.

– Engage directly with service users, caregivers, and families in line with safeguarding policies.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
