An exciting opportunity has arisen in Richmond for a seasoned professional to join our Community and Advice Support Team (CAST) as a Senior Team Member. Essential Requirements for the Role/System Knowledge Required:
- Senior/Managerial Experience: Proven track record in a leadership role, with the ability to guide and support a dedicated team.
- Safeguarding SAM Experience: Expert knowledge in safeguarding practices, ensuring the safety and well-being of all clients.
- Front Door Team/CAST Team Experience: Previous involvement with Front Door or CAST teams, demonstrating a capacity to handle initial inquiries and assessments efficiently.
What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
