Responsibilities:

• Case Reviews: Undertake reviews with challenging cases, providing exemplary service in line with statutory requirements and departmental priorities.
• Teamwork: Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, partnering with health, housing, and other agencies to deliver consistent, quality social work services.
• Safeguarding: Identify needs and risks of harm, ensuring appropriate safeguarding practices are in place.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
