Service manager – MASH – 12 month fixed term contract

Salary from £55,485 up to £67,784

The role: 

– Responsible for a team of Team Managers and the quality of practice undertaken by the teams.

– Overseeing processes, decision making and all new referrals.

– Working collaboratively as part of the senior leadership team and with our partners to help develop the MASH area. 

– Champion a restorative practice model across the service 

About you:

– Must have a Social Work Degree and be Social Work England registered

– Must have extensive front line social work experience

– Have excellent communication skills
