Essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:

• Social Workers undertake assessments, professional interventions and other duties relating to individuals, families and carers.
• Working as autonomous professionals, decision making is informed by social work knowledge, legislation and statutory guidance, and policy and procedures relating to the social care of adults and their carers.
• Social workers are expected to safeguard and empower adults in need of care and support in accordance with our strategic priorities

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
