North East Lincolnshire are looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities Service based in their office in the seaside town of Cleethorpes.

As a Social Worker within the Children with Disabilities Team, you are required to:

• Undertake statutory Child and Family Assessments CA 89 Knowledge Chronically Sick and Disabled Act
• Manage children subject to child in need, child protection and looked after children care plans
• Responsible for all Children Social Care statutory requirements and preferably an understanding of EHCP and SENDS
• Assess risk to children with disabilities
• Identify short break services
• Manage Children in Care and maintain care plans
• Undertake court work as and when necessary
• Provide young adults with Transition Plans

What we are looking for in a Qualified Social Worker: 

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK license
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
