Responsibilities:
– Effectively manage a varied caseload with appropriate supervision, adhering to policies and legislation.
– Work within legal frameworks, including preparing reports for Court hearings.
– Make complex decisions and manage risks using professional judgment and evidence-based tools.
– Communicate confidently in challenging situations.
– Represent the department at multi-disciplinary forums.
– Engage directly with service users, carers, and families following safeguarding procedures.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
