Job Title: Team Manager Initial Response
Salary: £47,989 – £53,964
Working hours: Full time 37 hours
Liquid Personnel are currently looking for a Team Manager to join Warwickshire County council’s Initial Response service. They are an Osted rated ‘Good’ authority who are looking for strong management to help them on their journey to ‘Outstanding’.

About the role
You will be managing one of the Initial Response North teams within Warwickshire, the office location for the role is Atherstone and the team covers the Nuneaton and Bedworth area. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team. Key duties will include:

  • Recruiting and supervising staff
  • Holding monthly supervision and ensuing staff performance is to standard.
  • Ensuring appropriate case allocation across the team.
  • Promote a child centred and restorative practice across the team.
  • Work in partnership with multi agencies to achieve the bet possible outcomes for the children and families.

About you
You need to have significant post qualified experience as a senior practitioner within children and family services, management experience is desirable. You must have experience supervising and mentoring staff. Essentials for the role are:

  • SWE registered and a full right to work in the UK.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • At least 5 years’ experience working as a social worker within children and family services.
