Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting social worker with excellent adult social care experience to join a busy team at a Bracknel Forest. They need someone who can come into a well-managed team and hit the ground running from the off. The contract is for 6 months but may be extended depending on your performance and the manager is very flexible on home working after an initial bedding in period.

Must have experience in:

• Completing Complex Care Act assessments and reviews
• Mental Capacity assessments
• Carers assessments
• Safeguarding/s42 enquiries
• Mental Health tribunal social circumstance reports
• Strength based practice
• Working on Duty
