Senior Practitioner Family Safeguarding

Salary up to £44,428.

Key Duties will Include:

Within the Family Safeguarding team, you will adopt a pioneering model of social work, involving multi-disciplinary teams. As a Senior Practitioner you will use your specialist knowledge to take lead on complex cases.

  • Support planning and safeguarding within statutory procedures and knowledge of relevant legal obligations.
  • Manage an allocated caseload to provide specialist support.
  • Make recommendations on improvements for the overall team and service.

About You:

  • Frontline experience in a safeguarding team at senior level.
  • Social work degree and Social Work England registered (SWE).
  • Previous experience in leading less experienced staff.
