Essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:

• Applicant must have knowledge and experience of Hospital Discharge 
• Good IT skills Knowledge of LAS/ IAS and Google. Hybrid working 
• Comfortable completing Care act assessment after D2A period

What we are looking for in a Senior Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
