Social Worker – Duty & Assessment Team – Tameside – £39p/h

Tameside is looking for enthusiastic, innovative, and committed Social Worker’s to join their Duty & Assessment Teams.

As an Experienced Social Worker, you will:

  • The duty team will take cases from the point of referral
  • Complete assessments
  • Strategy meetings
  • Initiate legal proceedings and PLO where required and the case will then transfer to our long term team thereafter

As a Social Worker, you are required to:

  • Hold a Social Work England registration.
  • Be eligible to work in the UK.
  • Hold a full UK licence.
  • Social Work Qualification, degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a social worker within children’s services.
