Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for registered and experienced Qualified Adult’s Social Workers to join a Transitions Team based in Barnet.

To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level, and have post-qualified experience.  

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with adults with disabilities, have good assessments knowledge and have a confident and thorough understanding of all legislation.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Monitor and carry out timely, regular and frequent reviews of people’s support plans in compliance with service targets.
• Represent the service at external meetings; prepare papers, draft and present statements and reports as required. 
• Take responsibility for the administrative processes associated with dealing with cases in accordance with service procedures, standards and targets. 
• Maintain up to date, accurate and timely records of communication, decisions, actions and outcomes relating to cases in line with the processes, standards and systems of the Council.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
 

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience 
• Passionate about working with those with LD
• Hold a full UK license.
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
