Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Working Age Adults Mental Health Team based in Calderdale.

Your main responsibilities as a Social Worker:

The Social Worker will work with the Community Mental Health Teams in the Mental Health Trust to provide Care Act Assessments, connect to the local community, discharge planning, support planning reviewing and organising specialist placements and to provide support under S117. The Social Worker will also complete Care Act Assessments in the community.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
