With that said, we are excited to announce the launch of Viewpoint, our experience management programme. This has been created to gather our social work and healthcare professionals’ feedback on the service they receive from us at Liquid Personnel. We want to hear what we do well – and where we can do better. Feedback helps us grow, improve, and fine-tune our services, and ultimately means that we can continue to be the UK’s leading provider of agency social workers, and market leaders in the healthcare staffing industry.

What is Viewpoint?
Viewpoint is designed and created with you in mind. It allows us to gather your feedback following interactions with our teams, so that we can understand what you loved and what you didn’t.
Following your feedback, we’ll take actions required to improve our service, or continue more of what you liked. Viewpoint will enable us to improve experiences for everyone we work with.
How will feedback be collected?
After you call us, you may receive an email with a link to a survey. This survey takes less than one minute to complete, and it will help us understand more about your experience.
Don’t worry, you won’t receive a survey after every phone call with us. Behind the scenes Viewpoint has logic in place to ensure you only receive a survey every so often.
However, if you would like to give us feedback more frequently, we’re also adding a feedback survey which is always open to our website and email signatures.
What happens next?
Our Viewpoint surveys are live now. The more feedback we gather the more improvements we can make, so if you do receive a survey please take the time to complete it.
