1. Qualified social worker status
To register with Liquid Personnel, you will need to have a social work degree or equivalent.
You will also need to be registered to practice with the SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council). Our clients are willing to accept applications from social workers with SWE (Social Work England) registration, however you will need to register with the SSSC when you start work.
2. Two years’ experience
Agency social work roles with Liquid Personnel usually require at least two years’ experience.
3. Registered with the PVG scheme
Social workers in Scotland must be registered with the PVG scheme. We pay for candidates’ PVG registration in the same way we pay for English practitioners’ DBS.
