County Lines Gangs

The workshop will introduce and define county lines gangs and their links with Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE), Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), and gang affiliation.
It will discuss how to spot the signs and characteristics of those involved with county lines and the ‘pull factors’ that could indicate the vulnerability of young people.
It will provide a summary of the relevant legislation and guidance. Plus, the event will count as 90 minutes of CPD, and you’ll get a certificate of attendance after the event for your records.

Tosin Mason, Consultant Trainer and Social Worker at Chinara Enterprises Ltd
Tosin has a wealth of frontline child and family social work experience, having worked as a registered Social Work England social worker for over 10 years. She has worked in the field of children’s and young people’s mental health, domestic abuse, looked after young people, as well as teaching and mentoring young people. Tosin is also a practice educator with experience in assessing social work students.
