Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adult Team Manager to join a busy Front Door Team based in Cheshire East.

Essential requirements for the role/System knowledge required:

• Candidates for this role will need to have experience of providing leadership in local authority settings. 
• Comfortable working at a fast pace as the Front Door team is busy, and focuses on delivering short-term support to residents for up to 8 weeks
• To make professional judgements in the context of the relevant legal and policy frameworks

What we are looking for in an Adult Team Manager:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
