Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adults Social Worker to join a busy Mental Health Reviews Team based in Waltham Forest.

This multi-disciplinary recovery focused team provides specialist mental health services for adults aged 18 to 70 with serious and/or enduring mental health problems. It is multi -disciplinary.
The MHWT also has a community psychologist who offers support on complex cases, advises on psychological issues, and oversees a clinical associate psychologist. This role also often relies on effective communication with NELFT psychiatric wards, Home Treatment Teams, and psychiatric liaison services. 

As a Social Care review worker, you will be completing Care Act 2014 reviews for those receiving an package of care and asked to assist colleagues with complete Care Act assessment for their patients. You may also be asked to help facilitate discharges from psychiatric hospital.

Essential requirements:

• Experience undertaking reviews of care packages
• Experience working in Multidisciplinary teams
• Confident carrying a caseload of varying complexity
• Knowledge of legislation and strengths based and person centred approach. 

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
