Salary ranges from £42,400 up to  £46,464 for an Advanced Practitioner

Main Responsibilities: As an Advanced Practitioner, you’ll be at the forefront of change. Your mission? Enhancing the well-being of children, young people, and families. 🌈

  • Champion of Independence: Work within legislative frameworks, policies, and procedures to empower those in need.
  • Complex Problem Solver: Tackle challenging family situations head-on, managing intricate issues.

The Ideal Candidate: Are you up for the challenge? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • 🎓 Qualifications: Social work degree and Social Work England (SWE) registration.
  • 🌐 Knowledge Base: Familiarity with key legislation (Children’s Act, Working Together, Adoption Act, Every Child Matters).
  • 🚗 Full Throttle: Hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
  • 🤝 Mentoring Magic: Experience mentoring others.
  • 🌟 Innovator: Proven ability to improve outcomes creatively, keeping children and young people safe within their families.
