Independent Reviewing Officer/Child Protection Advisor – State of Jersey – Salary of £67,874 + £8,000 in bonuses your first year + Benefits

The role: 
 – You will be the chair of multi-agency Child protection conferences and look after children reviews. 
– You will promote the involvement and participation of children and young people, parents and carers in planning and decision making
– You will act as the Jersey designated officer as required, chairing strategy meetings and following up as necessary 
– To assist in the development of quality assurance and performance management

About you: 
– Must have extensive knowledge of social work legislations and safeguarding practices
– Must have a minimum of 2 years Independent Reviewing Officer experience
– Must be a qualified social worker and be Social Work England registered
